Shipping

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centre in Jakarta. Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. International buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.

Returns & exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, used feeding and potty products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Privacy

We use your name, contact details and address only to process and deliver your order and to answer your questions. Payments are handled by Xendit and PayPal; we never see or store your card details. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by email.

Terms

Prices in other currencies are estimates. International orders are charged in US dollars (USD); orders delivered within Indonesia are charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Your order is confirmed once payment is received. If a product becomes unavailable after you've paid, we will contact you and refund the item in full. MiniMiles products are designed to be used under adult supervision.
